Keisha Hawthorne-Jones, LCSW-C, LCSW, LICSW

Keisha Hawthorne-Jones is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor. With more than 20 years of experience in social work, behavioral health, and leadership, she is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and professionals heal, grow, and thrive.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Keisha earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Morgan State University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore, respectively. Before becoming a licensed clinician, she gained experience across community outreach, youth and family services, healthcare, behavioral health, and clinical training settings, shaping her holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to care.

A respected clinician, speaker, educator, and advocate, Keisha's leadership and contributions have been recognized through professional awards and community honors for excellence, service, and impact. She has presented at local, national, and international conferences, professional trainings, employee wellness initiatives, and community events. An active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Keisha is dedicated to professional excellence and advanced clinical training, including specialized trauma studies through The Ferentz Institute.

Keisha specializes in supporting high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, life transitions, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and the lasting effects of childhood experiences. She also works with couples seeking healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and deeper connection. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, somatic-informed strategies, and faith-based principles when desired by the client.

In addition to her clinical work, Keisha is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening communities through mentorship, education, and advocacy.
